At its Sept. 8 meeting the Brock ISD Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda by voice vote (motion by Trustee Toby Farmer, seconded by Vice President Shannon Hart). Items approved included minutes from Aug. 11 and Aug. 25, a Memorandum of Understanding with the Parker County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program (JJAEP), a 2025–26 MOU with Weatherford College, an interlocal agreement for a School Resource Officer for 2025–26 with PCSO, financial reports for August, and a donation report.
Donations accepted and recorded in the minutes included: Lynn Boyer/Sandy Sweet — $3,500 for the BHS Band Program; Henson Lumber — $1,000 for BJHS staff T-shirts; Casey & Pam Wallace — $233.21 for BJHS air-quality flags; Jana O'Neal — $100 for BJHS coffee bar; and Durham Trailer Ranch, Inc. — $5,000 for BISD student ticket admission. The consent motion carried 7–0.
