After reconvening from a closed executive session on personnel, the Bridge City Independent School District Board of Trustees approved multiple personnel contracts on Feb. 25, 2026.
Trustee Mark Anderson moved to approve Certified Two-Year Term contracts; the motion was seconded by Judy Cole and passed unanimously (Rutledge, Cole, Zoch, Hill, Anderson, Johnson, Mclnnis). Anderson also moved to approve Non-Certified Two-Year Term contracts and a Non-Certified One-Year Term contract; those motions passed with seconders Michael (Mike) Johnson and Paul Zoch as recorded, each by unanimous vote. The board additionally approved a Certified One-Year Term with Addendum following a motion by Mark Anderson and a second by Paul Zoch; that motion passed 7–0.
