Bridge City ISD adopts Davis‑Bacon wage schedule for Performing Arts Center construction

"A motion was made by Michael Johnson and seconded by Paul Zoch to adopt the most current Wage Schedule for Orange County, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis‑Bacon Act," the minutes record. The motion passed unanimously with trustees Rutledge, Cole, Zoch, Hill, Anderson, Johnson and Mclnnis recorded in favor. The district indicated this wage schedule will apply to contractor pay determinations for covered construction work on the Performing Arts Center.
