Board member Felicia Benford moved to approve all consent items, and Ruthie Waller seconded; the motion passed 6-0 with one absence (Julie Harlin).
Board President Joel Bryan had opened a public hearing at 7:48 p.m. on the four TIPs and adjourned the hearing at 8:01 p.m. before returning to the consent vote. The consent package also included approval of minutes from the Feb. 2 meeting and an interlocal agreement with Brazos County for the transfer of fiber optic cable. No separate discussion or amendments to the consent items were recorded in the meeting summary.
