Brownsboro ISD board approves consent agenda, schedules TAPR hearing for Feb. 9

The Brownsboro Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved a consent agenda during its Jan. 12, 2026 regular meeting, including minutes of the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting, monthly tax collections and the monthly financial report. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Larry Tedford and seconded by Trustee Greg Wyatt; Trustees Marsha Stephens, Larry Tedford, Greg Wyatt, Fred Griffin, Ronda Cade and Michele Blackmon voted in favor; none voted against.
As part of the consent agenda, the Board called Feb. 9, 2026, for a public hearing on the District and Campus Texas Academic Progress Reports (TAPR). The Board also authorized the Board President to call a meeting for Team of Eight training. The actions on the consent agenda were recorded in the minutes as approved without dissent.
