BISD approves Jessica Lewis as assistant principal at Brenham Junior High

Lewis addressed trustees, saying, "I'm super excited to be returning to the community and district that I'll call home. I look forward to working with each of you to ensure an exceptional education for all of the students here." The board welcomed her to the district.
The appointment was approved by voice vote. The new assistant principal will assume duties under the contract terms presented to the board.
