The Fort Lee Parking Authority completed its annual reorganization at a noon meeting Jan. 3, 2025, electing Neil Grant as chair, Marc Macri as vice‑chair, Patricia Rumi as treasurer and J. Richard Radoian as secretary. Each nomination was moved, seconded and approved by the commissioners as recorded in the minutes.
The reorganization was handled on a consent-style motion. The board recorded unanimous approvals for the officer slate. The reorganization ensures continuity in the Authority’s leadership for 2025 and sets the stage for the subsequent consent agenda and resolution votes.
