Omak Council sworn in, designates Mike Foth as Mayor Pro-Tem

Mayor Cindy Gagné called the Omak City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and Attorney Michael Howe administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Gagné and newly seated councilmembers Nattalie Cariker, Michael Foth and Michelle Gaines. According to the minutes, "All elected officials were sworn in and seated." The meeting record also shows Municipal Court Judge David Ebenger took his oath via Zoom; the city clerk will ensure the original oath form is signed, notarized and recorded.
On a motion from Member Steve Clark, seconded by Member Nattalie Cariker, the council unanimously designated Member Mike Foth as Mayor Pro-Tem pursuant to RCW 35A.12.065. The council proceeded immediately to scheduled business after taking the oaths and the designation vote.
