Big Spring ISD board approves consent agenda, interlocal purchasing agreement

The Big Spring Independent School District Board of Trustees met Sept. 16, 2025, in the High School Board Room and approved the consent agenda, which included the Aug. 28, 2025 special meeting minutes and financial reports. Tom Olague moved to approve the consent agenda and Bert Otto seconded; the motion carried 5-0.
The board also approved a resolution to enter into an Interlocal Participant Agreement with the Central Texas Purchasing Alliance to support district procurement. Tonya Becker moved to approve the interlocal agreement and Tom Olague seconded; the motion carried 5-0. The minutes record no additional conditions attached to the resolution.
