For architectural services the board approved negotiating with SZS, Architex Studios, PAC Design Group, GLS, VLK, PBK Sports and Arcadis; for engineering services the board approved E3 and Clary Zimmerman. "I move approval of the superintendent to negotiate and enter into a contract for Architectural Services related to the 2025 Bond Referendum... as these firms represent the top seven firms based on the evaluation scoring," the motion record states and was recorded as made by David Stennis and seconded by David Stasny.
Board members voted 6–0 with one absence (Felicia Benford) to approve both authorizations. The presentations framed the approvals as procurement steps — authorization to negotiate, not final contract awards — and tied the work to Bond 2025 project planning and budget development.
