Commissioners approve service coordination agreement and retirement-plan review contract
Summary

Commissioners approved a Letter of Agreement between Center for Community Resources, Inc. and the Forest County Probation Office to coordinate services for clients served by both agencies. Commissioner Robert J. Snyder moved for approval; Commissioner Patrick F. Kline seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Separately, the board authorized entering an agreement with Municipal Finance Partners, Inc. for an examination of the county's retirement plan at a cost of $4,000 contingent on approval by County Solicitor Timothy Bevevino. Commissioner Snyder moved the measure and Commissioner Kline seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The board also approved staff training and travel requests: Robin Corapi's registration for a Grant Writing USA webinar on Sept. 3–4 at $495 and Tax Claim Director Denise Saxton attending the Tax Claim Bureau Association Conference Oct. 23–25 in York, Pa., at a cost of $770 (mileage to be submitted upon return).
