"We were able to acquire 50-60 of the iPhone 14 and at no cost," Rider said, adding that the new phones should be deployed by the next Advisory Board meeting; older devices will be factory-reset and offered to staff through a lottery or to local domestic violence agencies. Ms. Fijalkovic reported hiring an IT generalist assistant and said Civil Service lists are pending to fill two Early Intervention caseworker openings.
Facility work included scheduled window cleaning, new lawn maintenance service, removal of extra furniture, shredding removal (125–150 boxes, five pallets) and replacement of a failed HVAC water heating pump. Leaders said these changes aim to improve office function while containing costs.
