Russell explained the vendor agreed to contribute $1,800, bringing the county’s net cost down; the purchase was included in the current budget. “Aurelien will collect the information from the caller and aggregate it and then automatically post an incident into our CAD system,” Russell said. Commissioners asked about implementation timing; Russell said they are waiting on two additional phone lines from Lumen and expect the integration to be live in September or October.
