Director outlines Center on Center hours, services and new DDAP needs-assessment timeline

The Director reported The Center on Center remains open three days per week (1:00–7:00 p.m.) and hosts weekly meetings including Refuge Recovery, All Recovery, Mothers/Women in Recovery and NA meetings at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Director also said DDAP released changes to the next five-year Treatment Needs Assessment, calling for a longer and more detailed process; the Director reported the final treatment and service plan tied to that assessment will be due Nov. 27, 2026. Staff signaled that the revised process will require extended planning and coordination with providers as contracts and manuals are updated.
