Town approves lease with Pierce County, DOC MOU and three engineering contract amendments

The Eatonville Town Council unanimously approved multiple intergovernmental agreements and amendments to professional-services contracts at its July 13 meeting. Town Clerk Miranda Doll read each resolution title into the record before votes on Resolutions 2026-EE (Pierce County lease) and 2026-FF (MOU with the Washington State Department of Corrections) carried by voice vote.
Council also approved three amendments to on-call professional services agreements: Resolution 2026-GG (Parametrix, Inc.), Resolution 2026-HH (RH2 Engineers, Inc.), and Resolution 2026-II (Psomas). Each resolution was read by title and approved following motions and seconds. The approvals were recorded in the minutes without additional conditions or recorded dissents.
