Chester ISD reports steady attendance; enrollment totals given for 2025–26

The Chester Independent School District Board of Trustees received enrollment and attendance figures during its Sept. 15, 2025 regular meeting. Elementary enrollment was reported at 78 students, junior high and high school enrollment at 111 students, and the district-wide attendance rate at 97.21%.
Bridget Toler, the elementary school principal, delivered the elementary numbers and Amy Dinger, the high school principal, reported the junior high/high school total. These items were presented as part of routine principal reports; the board did not take action on the figures at this meeting.
