"Proposed revisions are in alignment with what the trust would suggest for alignment with the court's findings," Dr. De La Torre said.
The food‑service procedure was updated to remove a now‑dated reference to the prohibition on the sale of ultra‑processed foods for the 2026‑27 school year; the wording was removed because the requirement is now in effect. Finally, the procedure for records and disclosures was revised to remove a requirement that a district post a single contact person or acknowledge receipt of public records requests within five days; staff said responses are still provided within a "reasonable time" and that the district will produce semester data about turnaround times.
