During the Nov. 19 meeting the Canadian ISD Board reviewed payment of bills, approved multiple budget amendments, and tabled two items for procedural reasons. Trustee Bryan Bartlett moved to approve all budget amendments; Trustee Jessica Cowden seconded and the board approved the amendments 7–0.
Two items were explicitly tabled because the board did not receive a motion and second: the purchase and installation of window film at Baker Elementary, and a proposal to issue a one‑time service/retention incentive. The transcript records no further discussion or votes on those two agenda items; they remain pending until the board can bring them back with a motion and second.
