Board approves Policy Update 126, shortens agenda submission deadline to five business days

Motion by Kayla Forehand, seconded by Rodney Johnson to accept Policy Update 126 with the BE(Local) deadline changed to 5 business days; the motion passed unanimously. Board members present were President Tommy Morrison, Rodney Johnson, Brandon Shanklin, Anne Brownlee and Kayla Forehand. The change will alter board paperwork timelines for regular and special meetings going forward.
