City schedules Jan. 20 public hearing on frontage-improvement deferral for Short Plat 2025-02

Public Works Director Garren Melton requested the council set a public hearing to consider a deferral of frontage improvements associated with Short Plat Application No. 2025-02.
Councilmember Stimmel moved to designate Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, as the public hearing date for the deferral on 12th Place NE in association with Short Plat Application 2025-02; Councilmember Harrison seconded the motion and the council approved it unanimously.
The public hearing will give property owners and other stakeholders an opportunity to comment formally on the proposed deferral prior to any final council action.
