Trainer warns TEA takeovers often stem from financial mismanagement, not academics

He recommended trustees maintain systems and processes to avoid both academic and financial failures, to ask for clear reports on corrective steps and to support coherent adult behavior changes (training, curriculum alignment and targeted interventions) rather than reacting solely to public comment or headlines.
