"I would not want to incorporate these activities into academic time," she said, emphasizing the district's intent to keep such practices outside formal instructional periods. The motion carried unanimously.
The board did not amend the proposed resolution during the meeting; the district attorney advised on legal framing and compliance. The board's action records adoption of the resolution as presented and instructs administration to file or post the approved resolution per district practice.
