Anna Baker, district staff, reviewed the 2025 Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) report at a Farmersville ISD public hearing on Sept. 22, 2025, and stated the district received a "Superior" rating.
The public hearing took place at the Farmersville ISD High School Cafeteria, 499 Hwy 78 N, and was called to order by President Tony Gray at 5:30 p.m. The board recorded trustees present (Brian Brazil, Paul Kelly, Kiel Cathey, Tony Gray, Daid Coleman, Cynthia Creaddock-Clar) and noted that Dale Pickett arrived at 5:33 p.m. Ms. Baker presented the FIRST 2025 FISD Report Card; no members of the public offered comment. President Gray announced the public hearing adjourned at 5:39 p.m. The minutes include a signature block showing the minutes were approved with signatures dated Oct. 27, 2025.
