Superintendent Lamond Dean recommended formal approval of the previously executed agreement with HGR Construction as the Construction Manager at Risk; under that agreement HGR will provide a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) of $11,400,000 for the Bulldog Stadium project, to be funded through the district's designated fund balance. The board approved the CMAR and GMP (motion by Fred Elder Jr., second by Dr. Amy Hayes; vote: Yea 4, Nay 0, Absent 3). The meeting record notes slight inconsistencies in recorded times for executive and open sessions; the board adjourned at 7:45 PM.
