Groesbeck ISD sets May 2, 2026 trustee election; board appoints election agents

Trustee Jason Milstead moved to approve the Order; Trustee Sindra McLean seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The board also approved the Notice of General Election on the same date following a motion by Trustee Jason Milstead and a second from Trustee Angela Crane.
In a related action, the board approved a motion by Trustee Jim Longbotham, seconded by Trustee Jason Milstead, to appoint Scott Cummings and Teresa Battrick as the Board Secretary's appointed agents for the election. The board approved election service contracts and a joint election agreement with Limestone County as part of consent or related agenda items.
