CISD board unanimously accepts 2024'2025 financial audit

On Jan. 21, 2026, the Christoval ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to accept the independent financial audit for the year ending Aug. 31, 2025 after a presentation by Wayne Barr of Eckert & Company, LLP.
Barr presented the audit findings to the board as part of agenda item 7260. Trustee Reid Stultz moved to accept the Annual Financial Audit for the year ending August 31, 2025 "as presented." Trustee Jared Green seconded the motion; the board recorded a unanimous vote, 7-0. There was no public comment during the meeting.
Board President Caleb Kattner presided over the special meeting, which included district administrators and the business manager. No subsequent action or conditions attached to the audit acceptance were recorded in open session; the board simply voted to accept the audit as presented.
