Because some approvals and intergovernmental paperwork will occur in the middle of the month, staff asked trustees to delegate signatory authority to Superintendent Smith Faulkner for a small set of time‑sensitive items. The board approved the community facilities agreement application and the delegation of signatory authority to the superintendent (motion carried 7–0).
Trustees also approved individual procurement items tied to the CHS addition (asbestos abatement management not to exceed $49,920; BenQ interactive flat panels; division‑27 data cabling) with roll‑call votes recorded in the minutes.
