The minutes state the meeting was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., President Leigh Anne Ramsay called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m., and she led the opening prayer. The board recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. and Texas flags.
The minutes list seven board members present: Leigh Anne Ramsay (President), Brad Floyd (Vice President), Josh Jordan (Secretary), Lynda Baird (Member), Kyle Clayton (Member), Cathy Lawrence-Robinson (Member) and Donny Richards (Member). The meeting later moved to closed session and adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
