Pasadena ISD approves Cre8 Architects design agreement and multiple 2022 Bond AEA/change orders
Summary
Trustees approved a $364,455 design services agreement with Cre8 Architects for 2022 Bond flooring and painting and multiple Allowance Expenditure Authorizations and one change order (New Williams Elementary) totaling $582,287 for the New Williams project.
The board approved a Design Services Agreement with Cre8 Architects for the 2022 Bond Flooring and Painting Project in the amount of $364,455 and stated a total project budget of $6,200,000.
Trustees also approved a series of Allowance Expenditure Authorizations (AEAs) for multiple bond projects: a credit of $47,713 for hydronic piping replacement at Burnett and Frazier elementary schools; credits of $22,498 and $5,000 for the New Bailey Elementary School Replacement Project; expenditures of $67,214, $114,487, $25,546 and another $114,487 for the New Parks Elementary School Replacement Project; and Change Order No. 001 for the New Williams Elementary School Replacement Project in the amount of $582,287. All actions passed unanimously 6–0.
The motions were recorded as moved and seconded by trustees present; the minutes show each item passed without opposition.
