The Paris ISD Board unanimously approved budget amendments during its Feb. 16, 2026 meeting after receiving a budget presentation from Business Manager Tish Holleman. Trustee Cliff Kerby moved to approve the budget amendments and Trustee Aubrey Gibbs seconded; the motion carried 7–0. Holleman's budget workshop provided trustees with detail on budgetary considerations for the coming year; minutes note the workshop but do not include line-item dollar amounts in the public record.
