The recorded vote was Caddell—Yes; Cox—Absent; Read—Yes; Erickson—Yes; Murphy—Yes; Remmele—Yes; Smith—Yes, with the motion carried 6–0–1. Superintendent Robyn Gibson told the board the rented bleachers can be purchased later, but staff would continue looking for higher and more safely constructed options.
