North Zulch ISD renews administrative and professional contracts after closed session

The North Zulch ISD Board met in closed session to discuss personnel matters, including teachers' and non-certified personnel contracts, possible extension and renewal of administrative contracts, and retention stipends. After returning to open session the board voted to extend and renew administrative contracts and to approve professional contracts for the 2026–27 school year; both motions passed unanimously.
The motion to take action on administrative contract renewals was made by David Kirk and seconded by Rinza Stewart and carried unanimously. The motion approving professional contracts (covering term, probationary, dual term/probationary, and new hires) was made by Becky Wilson and seconded by Rinza Stewart and also passed unanimously. The board took no action on retention stipends at this meeting.
