Peaster ISD board approves financial report, contracts and administrative resolutions

At its Feb. 23 meeting, the Peaster ISD board approved a package of administrative actions: the 2024–2025 Annual Financial Report presented by Snow Garrett William, administration contracts for the 2026–2027 school year, a resolution regarding wage payments during emergency school closings, a resolution requesting delay of teacher certification requirements, and a Missed School Day Waiver.
Each item was approved unanimously by trustees present. Laura Stewart moved approval of the Annual Financial Report as presented by Snow Garrett William; Mike Bowling seconded. Administration contracts and other resolutions were similarly approved by 6-0 votes, and the Missed School Day Waiver also passed 6-0.
