Following the presentation, the board considered budget amendments. Trustee Aubrey Gibbs moved and Trustee Terry Davis seconded approval of the budget amendments; the motion passed unanimously, 5–0. The minutes do not include detailed amendment line items; staff will complete required documentation and posting consistent with state law.
