The Panhandle Independent School District Board of Trustees met in the Administration Building boardroom on Feb. 12, 2026. Members present were Nick Kuehler, Jeromy Adair, Kevin Brinkley, Zach Robinson, Jason Davis, Jim Younger and Nikki Biggs; district staff Blair Brown, Heather Kennedy and Jamie Moore and attendees Josh Damron and Kevin Richardson were also recorded as present.
The minutes show the board recited the Pledge of Allegiance and that Jason Davis gave the invocation. The public-comment portion of the agenda produced no speakers. With no further agenda items after reconvening from closed session, the presiding officer adjourned the meeting at 7:49 p.m.
