Pampa ISD posts another perfect FIRST score; 23rd consecutive 'A' rating

Heath Parker, Pampa ISD's chief financial officer, presented the 2024–2025 Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) report, based on the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. Parker said Pampa ISD "has received a Superior Achievement "A" rating for the past twenty-three consecutive years" and that the district "scored a perfect score of 100 out of a possible 100 points for the fifth consecutive year."
Parker walked trustees through critical indicators, the superintendent's employment contract summary, and reimbursement/expenditure summaries for the superintendent and board members. He noted the full FIRST report is posted on the Pampa ISD website; trustees had no public-comments or questions at the hearing.
