Paducah ISD board approves clean 2024-25 audit

Jeromy Stephens, CPA of Eide Bailly told the board that "all financial statements presented fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial position of the governmental activities, each major fund and the aggregate remaining fund information" in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. Following the presentation, the board approved the audit by a 6-0 vote on a motion by Terence Moore and second by Dale Whitaker.
The approval formalizes a clean audit opinion for the fiscal year and completes the district's annual financial reporting process. Trustees did not request further adjustments during the meeting; the auditor's statement and the board vote were recorded in the meeting minutes.
