Orange Grove ISD approves multiple contract renewals, hires and resignations
Summary
Trustees approved director, term, probationary, non-certified and employee agreement contract renewals, approved several hires (kinder, adaptive education, CTE) and accepted multiple resignations at the March 23 meeting.
The board approved a slate of personnel actions on March 23: Director contract renewal, term contract renewals, probationary contract renewals, non-certified contract renewals, and an employee agreement contract renewal. Motions for those renewals were moved and seconded and each carried unanimously by trustees present.
Will Klatt moved to hire a kindergarten teacher, an adaptive education teacher and a CTE teacher; the motion carried. The board also approved resignations submitted by multiple employees and recorded an information-only resignation for Tammy Snipes. One resignation previously accepted (Nicole Arnold's) was withdrawn and the board accepted that withdrawal.
