Assistant Superintendent Alicia Bonnett proposed a Gifted and Talented Lead stipend at the elementary school to serve as the campus GT lead responsible for extension learning opportunities; the board approved a stipend of $500 per semester to be funded from the state-allocated Gifted and Talented budget, to be paid monthly.
Each financial motion was approved by recorded vote (6-0). The minutes indicate the Check Payment List was provided for informational review but recorded no separate motion for distribution.
