Board approves consent agenda, nominates Lonnie Murphy to county appraisal board

Trustee Frank Richards moved to approve consent action items including meeting minutes, district contracts over $50,000, a staff development waiver, a list of certified appraisers for T-TESS, a 4‑H adjunct faculty agreement and a resolution on extracurricular status. Trustee Aaron Klein seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
Separately, the board approved a resolution nominating Lonnie Murphy to serve on the Gregg County Appraisal District Board of Directors. The motion was recorded as part of the consent approval.
