Bergmeier said the bid opening is scheduled for Aug. 26, 2026, and that a public hearing and a bid award recommendation will be on the Sept. 1 council agenda. He said the lining method minimizes digging by pulling and curing liner between manholes and estimated approximately 50 working days for construction. Council adopted the resolution to proceed with the bidding and hearing schedule.
