Finance Manager Angel Grant reviewed the resolution and said the purchase is in the district’s best interest to be used for future district purposes. Dr. David Godino moved to adopt the resolution as presented and authorize the board president or superintendent to execute the contract to purchase the property; Denise Intemann seconded. The motion carried unanimously with Denise Intemann, David Godino, Misty LeBlanc and Richard Qualls voting in favor, according to the minutes.
