Pampa ISD’s board approved GMP Amendment No. 1-E for site demolition and earthwork at Travis Elementary during the Nov. 19 special meeting. Finance Manager Angel Grant reported the amendment amount as $895,220 with a substantial completion date of April 30, 2026.
Dr. Misty LeBlanc moved to approve Amendment No. 1-E and authorize the superintendent to execute Amendment No. 1-E on the district’s behalf; Dr. David Godino seconded. The motion carried unanimously with Denise Intemann, David Godino, Misty LeBlanc and Richard Qualls voting in favor, according to the minutes.
The amendment is part of the district’s 2023 bond projects. The minutes do not break out work-by-workline or specify contract contingencies; the superintendent was authorized to execute the amendment and take actions consistent with the construction-manager agreement.
