"Page & Associates has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment for the Ag Storage Facility at Recreation Park in the amount of $576,358 with a substantial completion date of March 14, 2026," the minutes state. Denise Intemann moved to approve the amendment and authorize the superintendent to execute Amendment No. 2-B on the district’s behalf; Dr. David Godino seconded. The motion carried unanimously with Intemann, Godino, Misty LeBlanc and Richard Qualls voting in favor.
The board recorded no public comments at the meeting. The amendment is part of Pampa ISD’s 2023 bond projects; the minutes do not specify which line items or funding sources will cover the amendment. The superintendent was authorized to execute the contract amendment and take further actions consistent with the district’s construction-manager agreement.
