The Pampa ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve the consent agenda at its Sept. 22 meeting, adopting minutes from Aug. 25, monthly financial reports, approval of the 2025–2026 PHS band trip, a resolution relating to Texas Education Code Section 37.0814 regarding at least one armed security officer on each campus, and an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Pampa on School Resource Officers. Denise Intemann moved to approve the consent agenda; Cade Taylor seconded.
The motion carried with six members voting in favor — Cade Taylor, Richard Qualls, Denise Intemann, Emily Arrington, David Godino and Misty LeBlanc — and one abstention from Kaleb Snelgrooes. The consent agenda bundled multiple routine and operational items; the resolution and interlocal agreement were presented as part of that package and were approved as submitted. The minutes and financial reports were approved as presented.
