Denise Intemann moved to approve the AIA Form A133-2019 Exhibit A GMP Amendment and to authorize the superintendent to execute the amendment on the district's behalf; Dr. Emily Arrington seconded the motion. The board approved the amendment unanimously (6–0). Administration recommended approval based on the submitted contract documents.
