Sewer work nearly complete on Phase IV; Phase V on hold and Route 20 bid scheduled

Town engineers told council that the Phase IV sewer line work is complete and that the contractor has approximately 45 days remaining for concrete and sidewalk work, while Phase V sewer work is currently on hold. The engineer also said they are working to include Sandy’s Hardware force main into the Phase IV contract instead of as an additive alternate.
The Route 20 corridor project held a prebid meeting on Sept. 18 and the bid opening is scheduled for Oct. 9, 2024 at 12 p.m. at the Thrasher office. Staff also reported closeout activity on AML Phase I and drafting of a NEPA environmental assessment for AMD Phase II.
