Park described the owner's intent to relocate the tenant across the street and noted the surrounding zoning was consistent with RE4 uses.
Staff recommended approval; no public opposition spoke at the hearing. Commissioners moved and the motion carried to approve the rezoning. The applicant and staff noted the site is within AE and 500‑year flood zones and that development will require standard engineering and permitting.
