EDA pauses listings, will reset direction with council before selling Cable House or other properties

Dan said he delayed moving forward with listing agreements because brokers told him indecision was making deals less likely to close. "That waffling is out there," Dan said. Members agreed to make property-direction a prominent topic at the July 29 joint meeting so both bodies can leave with a clear and executable plan.
