"We currently have a 167 people in our program with a 115 people in our application process," the presenter said of recovery court. Drug court was reported at 50 active participants with 32 in application; mental health court had 45 active and 42 in application; DUI day court reported 23 participants and four graduates last month; veterans court listed 21 participants with 13 in application. The presenter also announced a building dedication to be held at 525 North University Street at 2:00 p.m. and noted the office will include client stories in year‑end reporting and present overdose trend data in September.
Board members asked for clarification about post‑release supports and peer specialist involvement; the chair suggested the board could help by sharing contacts and aligning grant recipients with provider needs.
